Quick facts: This is a large-scale industrial CHP project with steam sales to
the Caffaro Srl petrochemical plant which was founded in 1937 at the present
site between Udine and the Adriatic Sea. It is now the most important chemical
plant of SNIA Group. The production site is 1.14mn m² and has rail and port
facilities.
